Nach dem Auszug unseres Mitbewohners suchen wir ab sofort einen Nachmieter/in.
Das Zimmer ist 10 qm groß. Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, das gemeinsam genutzt wird (komplett möbliert). Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Kleiner Kellerraum kann zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern genutzt werden. Bis zur Bahnhaltestelle/Bushaltestelle (Buchenweg oder Damaschkeweg) läuft man max. 5 Min, in die Stadtmitte 10 Min mit der Bahn. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (REWE, NETTO, Bäcker).
Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon und Wohnzimmer erlaubt (im eigenen Zimmer natürlich auch).
Internetanschluss DSL-16000 vorhanden, Kabel-TV.
