Falls du Interesse daran hast, mit Freunden zusammen in eine WG zu ziehen, wäre das kein Problem. Ab August werden 2 Zimmer in unserer WG frei (14 und 12 qm) und gegen Ende des Jahres das 3. Zimmer (7 qm). Gegebenenfalls wäre es möglich, unsere Wohnung komplett zu übernehmen.
Wir verfügen über eine schöne Küche, einschließlich Herd mit Cerankochfeld und 2 Kühlschränken, die wir in der WG lassen würden. Gleiches gilt für die Waschmaschine und Spiegelschränke im gefliesten Bad.
5 Minuten von Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle entfernt, 10 Minuten Fahrt in Stadtzentrum;
1 Minute von Netto, 3 Minuten von Rewe, 5 Minuten von Lidl und 8 Minuten von Aldi entfernt;
1 Minute von Ärztehaus entfernt
Wir sind derzeit eine 3-er Frauen-WG (21 und 2 mal 28 Jahre alt), verstehen uns sehr gut und suchen nach netten Nachfolgern.
Ein Einzug wäre auch schon ab August möglich.
