Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein 13qm Zimmer (+ 3qm Balkon)in der Wanderslebstraße 11.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert mit Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Fernsehschrank und Buchschrank für einen Obolus von 100€ VB.Du hast auch deinen eigenen Balkon.
Mit dir wohnen dann noch Chen, der gerade seine Masterarbeit schreibt und Johannes, der sich noch im Politik Studium befindet.
Die WG ist Top gelegen, du fällst quasi aus der Wohnung und stehst vor der Haltestelle Damaschkeweg, von da fahren Busse an die FH (ca. 7min) und Straßenbahnen ins Zentrum (ca. 9min).
Ist der Kühlschrank mal leer, kannst du ihn im Rewe auffüllen, der auch direkt vor der Haustür liegt, wie auch ein Bäcker oder der LIDL.
Die Kaution beträgt ca. 255€ und die Miete 156€ (alles drin, wirklich alles :-))
