Ab dem 1. Juni werden in meiner WG 2 Zimmer frei. Es ist eine 4-Raum Wohnung (82qm) mit einen großen Gemeinschaftszimmer und Balkon. Durch 3 geteilt zahlt man insgesamt ~204 € (Mit Strom und Internet).
Also bei Interesse melde Dich (oder Ihr Euch)und wir machen ein Besichtigungstermin aus.
Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind ziemlich optimal. Man braucht 5 Minuten bis zum Bus (Linie 10/13) oder zur Bahn (Linie 2/3/34), 10 Minuten Fahrzeit bis zur Innenstadt, 5 Minuten bis zur FH. Selbst Nachst über fährt die 34 im 40 Minutentakt.
Zur Autobahn, Abfahrt Göschwitz, fährt man ungefähr 10 Minuten.
Ich persönlich geh meistens in der REWE, die auch gleich um die Ecke liegt, einkaufen. Ansonsten hätte man noch Lidl, Norma, Netto (5 Minuten entfernt) oder ALDI (10 Minuten)zur Auswahl.
Im allgemeinen such ich Studenten für die WG, die Studienrichtung ist mir dabei an und für sich egal.
