Ich suche ab dem 1.4. ein Nachmieter/in für mein freiwerdendes WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist 22 qm groß und liegt im UG des Hauses. Am Haus gibt es ein Fahrradstellplatz und Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Fußboden ist in der ganzen Wohnung aus Laminat (außer im Bad). Das Bad ist mit einem Fenster ausgestattet und hat sonst auch alles, was man braucht. Die Küche wurde erst vor kurzem mit größeren Kühlschrank, neuen Arbeitsplatten und neuer Spüle ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit vom Paradies Bahnhof entfernt ;). Man braucht zur nächsten Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle max.5 Minuten. Die Universität erreicht man innerhalb von ca. 15 Gehminuten.
In der 3er-WG ist im Moment ein Zimmer belegt. Die Wohnung ist aus sehr gut geeignet für gemütliche Abende mit Freunden, da die dickeren Wände im UG den Großteil der Lautstärke abfangen.
