Hallo :)
Ich suche ab dem 1.4. ein Nachmieter/in für mein freiwerdendes WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß und liegt im UG des Hauses. Am Haus gibt es ein Fahrradstellplatz und Parkmöglichkeiten. Der Fußboden ist in der ganzen Wohnung aus Laminat (außer im Bad). Das Bad ist mit deinem Fenster ausgestattet und hat auch sonst alles was mach braucht. Die Küche wurde erst vor kurzem mit großen Kühlschrank, neuen Arbeitsplatten und neuer Spüle ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit vom Paradies Bahnhof entfernt. Man braucht zur nächsten Bus- oder Bahnhaltestelle max. 5 Minuten. Die Universität erreicht man Innerhalt von 15 Gehminuten.
In der 3er WG ist im Moment ein Zimmer belegt. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr gut geeignet für gemütliche Abende mit Freunden, da die dickeren Wände im UG den Großteil der Lautstärke abfangen.
