Aufgrund meines Auslandssemesters muss ich mein schönes Zimmer leider untervermieten. Mein Zimmer ist hell mit einem großen Doppelglasfenster und hat eine tolle Sicht auf den Jentower. Es ist gut isoliert und ist gerade im Winter immer warm ohne viel zu heizen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt 3 kleine Badezimmer sowie Waschmöglichkeiten im Keller.
Die Wohnung ist nahe der FH gelegen. Man braucht aber auch nur 10-15min zu Fuß bis ins Stadtzentrum. Einkaufmöglichkeiten, wie Netto, Edeka, Apotheke, Fitnessstudio sind alle in 3min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die WG ist gemischt und es gibt nette Mitbewohner.
Im Keller befinden sich Waschmaschinen und Trocker, allerdings ist die Benutzung nur mit Thoska möglich.
