Das Zimmer ist optimal geschnitten, es passt alles rein was man so braucht. Außerdem hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf den Jentower. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über einen kleinen Balkon, der über die Küche betreten wird.
Da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt, braucht man zur Uni oder in die Stadt nur 5min.
2 Studieren, einer Jura, eine Medizin, der 3te arbeitet schon. Sonst ist es eine sehr entspannte WG, keine Partys. Es gibt 2 Bäder und somit wenig Probleme morgens.
Wäre schön, wenn ich das Zimmer nicht mehr streichen muss. Wenn ihr Interesse habt, schreibt mir einfach. Können gerne einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren, auch digital, wenn das besser passt.
