Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß, ist hell und hat 2 große Fenster, welche zur Straße zeigen.
Das Zimmer ist beinahe rechteckig geschnitten, was eine gute Einrichtung ermöglicht.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Bett, zwei Schränke, Tisch und Stuhl), die Kosten für die vorhandene Ausstattung betragen 200 Euro

Hello everyone
As I am moving out soon, there is a room available in our shared flat.
The room is 12 square meters in size, is bright and has 2 large windows facing the street.
The room is almost rectangular in shape, which makes it easy to furnish.
The room is fully furnished (bed, two wardrobes, table and chair), the cost of the existing furniture is 200 euros
Die WG befindet sich in Jena Ost
Man erreicht das Stadtzentrum zu Fuß in ca 15 Minuten, wobei es auch die Möglichkeit gibt mit der Straßenbahn oder mit dem Bus zu fahren (dauert etwa gute 5 Minuten). Die Haltestelle "Schlippenstraße" befindet sich fast gegenüber, so dass man wenn mans eilig hat relativ schnell einsteigen kann.
Des Weiteren befindet sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung ein Edeka, sowie ein Dönerladen.
Da du in Jena Ost wohnen wirst, sind auch die Berge nicht so weit.

The shared flat is located in Jena East
You can reach the city center on foot in about 15 minutes, although there is also the option of taking the streetcar or bus (takes about 5 minutes). The "Schlippenstraße" stop is almost opposite, so you can get on relatively quickly if you are in a hurry.
There is also an Edeka supermarket and a kebab store in the immediate vicinity.
As you will be living in Jena East, the mountains are not that far away.
Mit dir zusammen werden Luca und Marian leben.
Beide sind 2 nette und freundliche Menschen, die für einen Plausch zu haben sind.
Beide machen eine Ausbildung, das heißt sie kommen unter der Woche immer erst so gegen halb 5 heim. Entsprechend hast du bis dahin deine Ruhe ;)
Beide sind herausragende Köche, wobei Marian sehr oft Asiatisch kocht. Hier wirst du also definitiv nicht verhungern. Am Wochenende versuchen wir was gemeinsam zu kochen, klappt aber nicht immer.
Außerdem zocken beide LoL, wenn du sie fragst zocken sie vlt mit dir.
Ansonsten ist das WG Leben recht entspannt

Luca and Marian will live with you.
Both are 2 nice and friendly people who are always up for a chat.
Both are doing an apprenticeship, which means they don't come home until half past four during the week. So you have peace and quiet until then ;)
Both are excellent cooks, although Marian often cooks Asian food. So you definitely won't go hungry here. We try to cook something together at the weekend, but it doesn't always work out.
They also both play LoL, so if you ask them, they might play with you.
Apart from that, life in the shared flat is pretty relaxed
