Ein schönes helles 11qm Zimmer in netter 3er WG.
Wir haben eine schöne Wohnung mit 3 Zimmern, einer Küche , einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein geräumiges Keller-Abteil. Die Küche ist voll ausgestatten mit Herd, Spüle, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Toaster, usw.
Zu den Kosten:
- Die 152€ sind für Miete+Heizung+Warmwasser an Jenawohnen
- Die 19€ für Strom
- Die 11€ für den neuen Kabel-Internetvertrag den wir vermutlich ab Oktober haben mit bis zu 20Mbit/sec download
Ein Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bett, Kallax-Regal mit Schubladen und Fächern, Ordnerregal und Hängeregal sind im Zimmer vorhanden und können für ca. 50€ übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Lobeda West. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Netto, Ärztehaus und Apotheke. Die Haltestelle Lobeda-West liegt 3min zu Fuß. Kaufland liegt ca. 500m entfernt.
Die Innenstadt bzw. die Uni ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min erreichbar.

Lukas (21Jahre) ab Oktober im 3. Semester Wirtschaftsinformatik
