Der Raum hat hohe Decken, mit Blick auf einen prächtigen Baum. Es ist rechteckig, wodurch es sich sehr geräumig anfühlt. Ein Flur verbindet alle Zimmer miteinander. Das Zimmer ist möbiliert und die WG jedoch voll ausgestattet.
Die Küche ist mit einem Gasherd, einem Kühlschrank und eigentlich allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer steht die Waschmaschine und die Badewanne.
Besonders an unserer WG ist der große Garten, der von allen Bewohnern genutzt werden darf.
Es gibt außerdem einen großen Dachboden, auf dem man seine Wäsche aufhängen kann .

The room has high ceilings, with a view of a gorgeous tree. It is rectangular wich makes it feel very spacious. A hall connects all the rooms. The room is furnished and the flat is fully equipped.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a fridge and everything you need to have a lovely home-cooked meal. The bathroom has a washing machine and bathtub with shower.
Something great from our shared flat is the large garden, which may be used by all residents.
There is also a large loft where you can hang your laundry.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zentrumsnahen Stadtteil Jena West. Du wohnst in einer kleineren Seitenstraße in der es in der Nacht immer ruhig ist.
- 3 Minuten (mit Rad) zur Uni
- 2 Minuten zum Supermarkt
- 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle
- 2 Minuten bis zur nächsten Tankstelle ( Aushilfsspäti :) )

Kurz zu uns,
Kiara hat ihren Doktor vor kurzem abgeschlossen und engagiert sich bei TEDx. Er zieht am 30. Juni aus, so dass Sie die Chance haben, der Hauptmieter zu werden :)
Eh wir jetzt einen Aufsatz über uns schreiben, kommt ihr lieber vorbei und lernt uns einfach kennen ;).
Grillabende, Ausflüge, Sport, gemeinsam Essen, quatschen, kochen, was trinken gehen.
Das alles ist kein Muss. Wir verstehen uns so gut, dass sich alles ungezwungen ergibt.
Bei uns sind die Türen meistens nicht ganz geschlossen. Aber wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte bekommt man diese auch.

About us,
Kiara completed her Ph.D. in Biology and is involved in TEDxFSU Jena. Martin is working in other cities during the week and aiming to graduate from Mechatronics in the Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena. He is moving out 30th June so you have the chance to become the Hauptmieter :) Me, Kiara, I'm also moving out for job reasons.
Before we write an essay about us, you better come by and get to know your future home.
Barbecues, excursions, sports, eating together, chatting, cooking, drinking.
This is not a must. We understand each other so well that everything is easy. Most of our doors are not completely closed, but if you want to be quiet, you get that too.

Im Zimmer steht ein sehr großes, selbstgebautes Hochbett, durch welches das Zimmer weiterhin viel Nutzfläche hat. Das Holz wird mit einem biologischen Öl versiegelt, um den Effekt von "White-Wash-Holz" zu erzielen. Dies kostet 200 Euro.
Du kannst dir die WG gerne ab 19:00 Uhr abends anschauen! Meldet euch einfach bei Kiara!

In the room there is a nice, self-made loft bed, creating more usable space for the room. The wood is sealed with a biological oil to achieve the effect of "white-wash wood". This has a cost of 200 euros.
