Hallo! Du bist immer noch verzweifelt auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer IN Jena? Dann könnte sie an dieser Stelle ein Ende finden. Ich (Biologiestudentin in den Startlöchern) biete ein riiiesiges, wunderschönes 27 qm Dachgeschosszimmer mit Aussicht auf die Kernberge in super Lage (Jena Nord). Zur Straßenbahn sind es bloße 30 Sekunden (von dort aus dauert es ca. 10 min. in die Innenstadt) und auch die nächstliegende Nahrungsquelle ist nur schlappe 2 min entfernt (Aldi, Kaufland). Die Warmmiete beträgt ca. 290 Euro, eine komplette Küche (allerdings noch ohne Kühlschrank, dafür mit Spülmaschine), eine Badewanne und eine nette Mitbewohnerin gibts gratis dazu.
Einziger Haken: Die Besichtigung ist erst ab Montag 01.11. möglich. Ich freue mich auf eure Antworten!!!
