Wir haben ein Zimmer in unserer 5er WG zu vergeben.
Erst mal was zur Lage:
Die WG befindet sich in Jena West, in direkter Nähe zum Westbahnhof. Die Innenstadt erreicht man zu Fuß in 12 und mit dem Bus in 2 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden (Spar, Edeka, Netto).
Die Wohnung:
Das Zimmer ist 18 qm groß und mit wunderschönem Echtholzparkett ausgestattet und durch das große 3-teilige Fenster kommt viel Licht rein.
Ein sehr schönes Hochbett (mit unterbautem Schreibtisch und Regal) könnte übernommen werden, muss aber auch nicht.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt über 100 qm groß, es gibt 2 Bäder (mit Dusche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine) und eine große voll eingerichtete Küche.
Das alles ist zu haben für 230 € warm, Einzug ist ab sofort
