Da ich für ein halbes Jahr nach Spanien gehe, gebe ich mein kleines aber feines Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Es ist ca 12qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster zum kleinen Hinterhof raus, dadurch ist es dort sehr angenehm ruhig.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, wenn dich bestimmte Möbelstücke stören oder du sie nicht brauchst, können diese natürlich auch solange in den Keller. Gleiches gilt natürlich auch für die Deko.
Der Preis liegt, mit allem drum und dran, bei 280€.
Alle anderen Räume haben auch ein Fenster.
Wir haben eine kleine aber feine Küche mit allem Zubehör bis auf einer Spühlmaschine.
Das Bad hat einen sehr modernen Standard und hat eine Badewanne inkl. Dusche. Durch das große Fenster ist das Bad sehr hell.
An einem Zimmer befindet sich ein Balkon, der von allen WG-Mitbewohnern genutzt werden darf.
As I'm going to study for half a year abroad I'm subleasing my room in the meantime.
Its size is about 12m². It's fully furnished but if you don't want/need some perticular piece of furniture or decoration you can just put it in the cellar.
It has a big window with view to the backyard so it's really quiet.
The price is about 280€ with all costs included.

The kitchen is not very big but it has everything you need except for a dishwasher.
The bathroom is pretty modern, with a shower and bathtub and a washing machine.
One of the rooms has a balcony which can be used by any flatmate.
Die WG befindet sich in der Mühlenstraße und ist somit in perfekter Lage zur Uni und zur FH. Beides erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 5-10 min.
Die nächste Bahnhaltestelle ist schlappe 2 min zu Fuß entfernt, Vom Balkon aus hast du eine perfekte Sicht über die Kernberge.
Zum Paradies-Park läuft man nur 2 min.
Du kannst mit der Bahn sowohl in der Stadt einkaufen gehen oder 2 Stationen zum REWE fahren (4 min).
The location is awesome!
Both, the university (FSU) and the college of applied ciences (FH Ernst-Abbe) is 5-10 minutes by bike and about 20 minutes by feet.
The tram stop is like 2 minutes away. If you take it you'll be in the city centre within 5 minutes.
The big "Paradies Park" is also very near, you just have to cross a street.

Wir sind keine Zweck-WG sondern eine offene, unkomplizierte WG und verbringen gerne gemeinsame Abende miteinander. Freunde kommen häufig zu Besuch und du dürftest deine Gäste auch jederzeit mitbringen.
Es wäre toll wenn du aufgeschlossen bist.

The other room in our flat still doesn't have a new owner.
But in general you can say that we are a really uncomplicated and extroverted commune that likes to spend a good time together.
