Das WG-Zimmer ist hell und bietet ausreichend Platz für alle wichtigen Möbel. Bei Interesse kann auch das Bettgestell (90x200cm) und der Schreibtisch kostenlos übernommen werden!

Das Zimmer eignet sich besonders für diejenigen die an der Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule studieren (500m) oder am Beutenberg-Campus arbeiten (900m).
Die Bushaltestelle (Hermann-Löns-Straße) erreicht man in 1 Minute. Mit dem Bus ist man in 8 Min. in der Stadt.
Einkaufen kann man bei Netto (800m), Sparkasse und Apotheke befinden sich fast unmittelbar daneben (850m).

Die busstation is 1min away, the tram station 5min.
The next grocery store is 800m by foot, a drugstore is also close by.
Das WG-Leben hat sich bis jetzt eher ruhig gestaltet und jeder hatte seine gewünschte Privatssphäre.
Da bald aber auch noch ein zweiter Mitbewohner auszieht, enstehen dadurch natürlich auch neue Möglichkeiten das WG-Leben zu gestalten. Das hängt aber natürich von dir/euch ab.

Until now our shared apartment was a kinda quiet place. We talk with each other, but we also respect your wish for privacy. But because another roommate is going to move out soon aswell, there will also be new possibilities to change the way of living, but thats gonna be totatly up to you!
Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und eine WG-eigene Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Hinter dem Haus findest du Möglichkeiten um dein Fahrrad abzustellen und in einen Kellerraum hast du auch etwas Stauraum.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 218,66 €. Das behinhaltet ALLE anfallenden Kosten:
Grundmiete (134,33€) + Nebenkosten (50€) + Wasser (20€) + Internet mit 50 Mbit/s (8€) + GEZ (5,83€)
