Das Zimmer hat zwei schöne Fenster und ist sehr hell und geräumig. Dadurch, dass es nach Norden rausgeht, ist es an heißen Tagen trotzdem angenehm und zwei Heizkörper wärmen wunderbar im Winter. Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank) sind auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Bad mit Fenstern und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, in der genug Platz zum kochen von Gänge-Menüs und für WG-Parties ist. Außerdem gibt es einen Keller, den du natürlich auch benutzen kannst. Auf der Wiese im Garten lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen, hier begegnet man auch des öfteren den anderen Mietern im Haus.
The room has two beautiful windows and is very bright and spacious. It is orientated to the north, thus it is very pleasant on hot days. I will leave the furniture (bed, desk, cupboard, shelves) in the room. The bathroom is quite big and has a shower in the bathtub. The kitchen offers enough space for massive cooking and parties. There is also a basement and a cosy garden in the back, both are also used by the other people in the house.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im alten Dorfkern von Lobeda, das heute zu Jena gehört, am ehemaligen Marktplatz. Von hieraus läufst du 5 Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn, die dich in einer Viertelstunde (unter der Woche sogar alle 7 Minuten) direkt ins Stadtzentrum auf den Ernst-Abbe-Platz fährt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man ebenfalls in etwa 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt, der Fahrradweg führt dabei die ganze Zeit an der Saale entlang und durch das Grün des Paradiesparks. Beinahe direkt nebenan ist ein kleiner Netto-Supermarkt, für größere Einkäufe bietet sich der REWE im nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrum "Burgaupark" prima an. In die Natur ist es auch nicht weit, direkt an das Dorf schließt sich ein bewaldeter Talhang an, auf dem auch die Lobdeburg-Ruine liegt, die zu Fuß mit einem kleinen Spaziergang in 15 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Im Dorf gibt es auch ein öffentliches Beachvolleyballfeld, ein Fußballplatz und Tischtennisplatten.
The flat is located in the old centre of the village Lobeda, which is today a part of Jena. From here you can walk in 5 minutes to the tram-station, which takes you directly to the university and city centre in 15 minutes. With the bicycle you are also riding 15 minutes to the university, straight through the parkarea of the Paradiespark.
Very close by is a small supermarket (Netto), a bigger one is located only one tram-stop away.
Hiking in the nearby mountains and a visit at the castle ruin of the Lobdeburg is also very easy accessable from Lobeda. For sport activities are there a public beach-volleyball field, a football-field and tabletennis table at a playground in the village.
Da ich im kommenden Semester ins Ausland gehe und mein Mitbewohner sein Praxissemester beginnt, wird die ganze Wohnung frei. Wenn du also mit jemanden zusammen eine Wohnung suchst wäre dies die Gelegenheit! Wir versuchen aber natürlich auch parallel jemanden für das andere Zimmer zu finden.
Because both me and my flatmate are moving out for the next semester, the whole flat becomes free. We are also trying to find someone for the other room, but if you have someone with whom you want to live together, this is your oportunity!
