Ich suche für die Zeit vom 03.05.2024 bis zum 31.03.2025 eine neue Mitbewohnerin/einen neuen Mitbewohner zur Untermiete.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Lobeda-Ost in der Nähe des Uniklinikums. In der Nähe gibt es Parks und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Zimmer ist 14 m² groß und möbliert (Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Schlafsofa (140x200cm), Regal & Kleiderständer).
Die anderen Räume (Bad, Küche, Wohnzimmer) und den Balkon teilst du dir mit mir (weiblich, 26 Jahre alt, studiere Lehramt in den Fächern Geographie, Französisch und DaF/DaZ).
Die nächste Bahnstation ist ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Linie 5 kann man direkt bis zur Innenstadt/ zum Ernst-Abbe-Platz (15 Minuten) durchfahren.
