Hi,
da im kurzfristig im April nach England gehe, suche ich unbedingt einen Nachmieter für meine WG.
Die WG liegt in Lobeda West in einer 3-Raum-Wohnung. Neben den beiden WG-Zimmern ist also noch das Wohnzimmer als Gemeinschaftsraum nutzbar.
Das Zimmer ist hell, und hat den Zugang zum Balkon, den du für dich allein hättest.
Die Wohnung ist ansonsten komplett ausgestattet, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, Keller und Internetzugang mit W-lan vorhanden.
In die Stadt braucht man mit der Bahn 13min, die Bahnhaltestelle ist in 3min erreicht. Kaufland, Bäcker, Eisdiele sind auch gleich um die Ecke.
Das Zimmer steht ab April zur Verfügung, ich lasse aber auch mit mir reden wenns ein paar Tage eher sein soll.
