Das Zimmer ist 11qm groß und verfügt über ein schönes großes Fenster.
Ich selbst dachte am Anfang auch, dass 11qm viel zu klein wären, aber dem ist nicht so :)
Ansonsten gibt es in der Wohnung fast alles:
eine Badewanne
einen Geschirrspüler (wer will sowas nicht)
Küche ist voll ausgestattet
einen Gemeinschaftsraum (mit Gemeinschaftskicker ;))
Die Wohnung liegt in Lobeda-West.
In der Nähe befindet sich Netto (vllt. 2 Minuten entfernt), Kaufland (circa 5 Minuten), sowie mehrere Ärzte und eine Apotheke.
Die Verbindung zur Bahnhaltestelle ist super. Man braucht höchstens 5 Minuten.
Ihr wohnt dann mit 2 sehr netten Mitbewohnern zusammen.
Sie studiert noch und er arbeitet schon.
Beide legen Wert darauf, dass diese WG keine! Zweckgemeinschaft ist. Sie kochen gern zusammen.
Ihr könnt mich eigentlich fast immer erreichen.
Mir wäre es lieb, wenn ihr mir einfach eine e-mail () schreibt und wir einfach einen Termin vereinbaren.
