Hallo ich muss leider mein Zimmer in Lobeda abgeben. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und mit einem flauschigem Teppich ausgestattet. 11 qm klingen nicht besonders groß, es passt aber alles rein was man braucht und es steht zusätzlich ein 25qm großes, möbliertes Wohnzimmer für gemeinsame Wg-Abende sowie Besucherempfang zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Lobeda-West, direkt neben dem Netto. 3 min Fußweg zur Bahnhaltestelle Lobeda-West, 5 min bis zum Kaufland. Alles was man braucht befindet sich in nächster Nähe und ist zu Fuß erreichbar- auch Ärzte, Apotheke, Post, Bank etc.
Da wir in der 8. Etage wohnen hat man auch einen super Blick auf die Kernberge ;)
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist eine ganz unkomplizierte und lustige Person mit der man sehr leicht auskommt und viele nette Wg-Abende haben kann. Unsere Wohnung haben wir gemeinsam aufgehübscht, sodass sie warm und freundlich ist.
Bei Interesse einfach anrufen, der Einzug kann auch erst am 01.03. erfolgen.
