Hi liebe WG-suchende,
Ich habe 1 Jahr hier in Jena - Lobeda gearbeitet und während dessen mit meinen 2 liebenswerten Mitbewohnern Nina und Sebastian hier in Lobeda gewohntund habe mich hier wirklich wohl gefühlt. /
Zur Wohnung. Wir habend 3 einzelne Zimmer, eine Küchen mit offenen Anschluss zum Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmachine und einen relativ großen Balkon.
Man hat hier einen sehr guten Anschluss zur Stadt und somit auch zum Unigelände. Die Straßenbahn ist zur Fuß nur 3-5 min entfernt und fährt recht häufig. Man hat hier durch das ebenso nah gelegene Kaufland und einem NETTO sehr gute Einkaufmöglichekeiten und eine Sparkasse direkt vor der Tür.
Das Zimmer werde ich unmöbliert hinterlassen, es ist ca 10,5 m² groß und hat einen schönen Laminatboden.
Ich möchte in der letzten Oktoberwoche ausziehen und kann davor gern mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen.
