Die Gesamtmiete für das Doppelzimmer beträgt 738 Euro.

Wir verlassen Lüneburg und unser wunderschönes Doppelzimmer.
Die Zimmer werden von uns momentan als Pärchen bewohnt, ist aber auch in anderen Konstellationen möglich.
Sie sind durch eine Tür getrennt und in ein größeres und kleineres Zimmer aufgeteilt.
Wir nutzen das Zwischenzimmer als Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer und das kleinere als Schlafzimmer.
Dank der Ausrichtung hat man morgens bis nachmittags Sonne. Bei der jetzigen Aufteilung erst im Zwischenzimmer, dann mittags im Schlafzimmer.
Die Zimmer liegen im hinteren Teil der WG und sind zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet. Das macht sie sehr ruhig, sowohl in der WG als auch in Bezug auf Straßenlärm.
Insgesamt sind wir momentan zu 5. in der WG. Nach unserem Auszug bleiben unsere 3 Mitbewohnis zurück.
Die Wohnung besitzt drei weitere WG-Zimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und zwei Balkone. Die Küche hat einen Tresen und angeschlossene Vorratskammer. Es gibt 2 Bäder, eins davon klassisch im Treppenhaus. Auch ein geteilter Garten kann genutzt werden.
Nach Absprache ist es auch möglich einige Möbel zu übernehmen

The total rent for the double room is 738 euros.

We are leaving Lüneburg and our beautiful double room.
The rooms are currently occupied by us as a couple, but other constellations are also possible.
They are separated by a door and divided into a larger and smaller room.
We use the bigger room as a living room/study and the smaller one as a bedroom.
Thanks to the orientation, we have sun in the morning until the afternoon. With the current layout, first in the intermediate room and then in the bedroom at midday.
The rooms are at the back of the shared flat and face the rear courtyard. This makes them very quiet, both in the shared flat and in terms of street noise.
There are currently 5 of us in the shared flat. After we move out, our 3 flatmates will stay behind.
The apartment has three further rooms, a large living room and two balconies. The kitchen has a counter and adjoining pantry. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is classically located in the stairwell. A shared garden can also be used.
It is also possible to take over some furniture by arrangement

Am Anfang der Uelzener Straße gelegen befindet sich die WG unmittelbar gegenüber des SaLü.
Die Wohnung ist ideal zwischen Uni (5 Rad Minuten) und Innenstadt (auch 5 Rad Minuten) gelegen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einige, diese sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Mit dem Kurpark vor der Tür hat man eine gute Gelegenheit schnell raus zu kommen und ein bisschen Sonne auf den Wiesen zu genießen, aber auch zur Ilmenau kommt man in ca. 10-15 Minuten, um ein ruhiges Bad zu nehmen.
Aus der Tür heraus findet sich sofort ein Anschluss per Bus in Innenstadt, Bahnhof und Uni Richtung.

Located at the beginning of Uelzener Straße, the shared flat is directly opposite SaLü.
The apartment is ideally located between the university (5 minutes by bike) and the city center (also 5 minutes by bike).
There are several shopping facilities within 5 minutes walking distance.
With the Kurpark on the doorstep, you have a good opportunity to get out quickly and enjoy a bit of sun on the meadows, but you can also get to the Ilmenau in about 10-15 minutes to take a quiet dip.
From the door, there is an immediate bus connection to the city center, train station and university.

In unserer Zeit in der WG haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere WG ist zum Teil viel unterwegs, aber gemeinsames Kochen, zusammen im Wohnzimmer, oder auf dem Balkon, Zeit verbringen sind regelmäßige happenings.
Das große WG-Wohnzimmer und die Küche mit Tresen laden zu einem gemeinschaftlichen WG-leben ein.
Die WG besteht momentan aus Studis, da wir aber zeitnah alle unser Studium beenden steht viel Umbruch in der WG bevor.
Bei Interesse kann die WG sich im einzelnen nochmal vorstellen. Zum Beispiel beim ersten Kennenlernen.

We felt very comfortable during our time in the shared flat. Some of our flatmates travel a lot, but cooking together, spending time together in the living room or on the balcony are regular happenings.
The large shared living room and the kitchen with bar invite you to live together in a shared flat.
The flat share currently consists of students, but as we are all finishing our studies soon there will be a lot of upheaval in the flat share.

Die Gesamtkosten für das Doppelzimmer betragen 738€.
Wir ziehen in der letzten Juni Woche aus und das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. Juli beziehbar.
Die Zimmer eignen sich gut für ein Paar, aber auch alleine oder in alternativen Konstellationen ist ein Zusammenleben vorstellbar.
