The room is 12 m2 big with high ceiling and a lifted bed (140x200) that leaves plenty of free space beneath. It is situated near the main park and all 3 universities (TU 3min walk, KF 10min walk, 1min walk). The room is on the ground floor with the window to the street, but the the entrance to the apartment is on the inside of the block, through the inner yard, where we also set up a coffee table and leave our bikes..
as already said, the apartment is perfectly positioned for students, because the 3 universities (TU, Kunstuni and KF) are very near. Also the Bim-station for lines 1 and 7 is right around the corner. With the Bim (Metro) you can get to the Jakomini square (5min), main square (10min) and the main railway station (25 min). To the main square is also a 10min walk through the park. In less then a 1 minute reach, there are also 2 bakeries, café, bank, china restaurant and bike-shop.
It is going to be a fresh WG, because a new member moved in this month. In general, both are students and quite quiet, M likes to cook and organise picnics on the back yard, always ready to help and well organised.
I love the apartment and the room, and after my year abroad, I want to return here, so the room would be available for a year (exact time debatable), with all the furniture.
