Ich verlasse Jena und damit mein tolles Eckzimmer mit 20qm.
Es ist durch die 3 Fenster lichtdurchflutet und der Boden ist neu.
Außerdem kann mein großer Schrank sowie mein Schreibtisch übernommen werden.
Wir haben eine große Küche, in der Platz für gemeinsame Kochabende mit Freunden ist.
Das Bad besitzt sowohl Dusche als auch Badewanne.
Wir wohnen in der berühmt berüchtigten Lutherstraße.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt, Norma 5 und Tegut 7.
Ein kleiner Fußweg bis zum Campus dauert 6-7 min und zur Wagnergasse mit vielen Bars und Restaurants 12:49.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wird Juliane (Anfang 20) sein, die hier bereits seit 2 Jahren wohnt, jedoch die meiste Zeit in ihrer Heimat ist. Du wirst es also ruhig haben oder je nach neuem Mitbewohner auch anders gestaltbar.
Haupt-und Gemeinschaftsraum ist die geräumige Küche, dein Zimmer ist dein Rückzugsort.
Die anderen 2 Zimmer werden frei. 18qm ab 01.09. und meins ab 01.10.19 - oder je nach Absprache.
Die Wohnung hat bereits alles, was man braucht. Einbauküche, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank sowie bei Bedarf Waschmaschine.
Praktisch ist auch, dass die Toilette vom Bad separat ist, sodass es nicht zum Stau kommt.
