Hi liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer in Wenigenjena. Die Wohnung liegt schön zentral nahe der "Grünen Tanne" nicht weit von der Saale. Ihr seid auch zu Fuß schnell in der Innenstadt, was echt praktisch ist, wenns abends mal länger wird.
Eure zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist total unkompliziert und offen. Das Zusammenwohnen wird euch bestimmt Spaß machen.
Jetzt noch ein paar Fakten:
Meinen Schrank und den Schreibtisch würde ich euch so überlassen. Da wir die Küche vom Vormieter gekauft haben, solltet ihr mir meinen Teil (105 Euro) wieder ausbezahlen. Das wird aber beim Auszug wieder so weitergeführt. Da würdet ihr das Geld dann wiederbekommen.
