Hallo liebe(r) zuküntige(r) MitbewohnerIn,
wir (2 Studenten) möchten euch ein nettes 18m²-Zimmer für eine 4er-WG anbieten und suchen noch nette(n) WG-Angehörige(n), der in keine Zweck-Wg möchte und sich auch nicht zu schade ist, nach (bzw. vor) der Uni auch mal was zusammen zu unternehmen :) .
Die Wohnung ist renoviert mit neuer EBK, insgesamt 114m² groß und liegt im Erdgeschoss.
Zur Lage: Die Haltestelle "Jenertal" ist direkt um die Ecke, man kann aber sonst auch zu Fuß in knapp 10 min ins Zentrum, bzw. in ca. 15 min zum Abbe-Platz gelangen.
Internet (32mbit) und Tele-Flat sind z.Zt. schon bestellt. Bei Bedarf kann auch noch vor dem Haus ein Stellplatz für 30 Euro gemietet werden.
