Das Zimmer ist in etwa 10 qm groß und befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (2. Etage). Eine Küche und ein letztes Jahr saniertes Badezimmer werden mit den anderen vier Mitbewohnern geteilt.
Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung, sowie ein Raum, in dem ein Wäscheständer aufgestellt werden kann.
Zu Beachten ist, dass Strom und Internet noch nicht in den o.g. Kosten enthalten sind.
Die Haltestelle Steinborn ist nur eine Minute von der Wohnung entfernt. Von dort aus gelangt man innerhalb von 10- 15 Minuten in das Stadtzentrum. Ein Edeka ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder innerhalb von 5 mit dem Bus erreichbar.
Da jeder einen eigenen Mietvertrag hat, handelt es sich grundsätzlich um eine Zweck-WG.
Gesucht wird ausschließlich ein studentischer Nachmieter (aktuelle Studienbescheinigung erforderlich) mit elterlicher Bürgschaft.
