In unserer 3er WG ist ab Mitte August ein schönes, 16m² großes Zimmer frei. Es besticht durch eine helle Süd-Ostlage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut WG-tauglich, weil alle 3 Zimmer untereinander gut schallisoliert sind. So kannst du ohne die anderen zu nerven Musik hören und machen, bzw. in Ruhe lernen.
Die Wohnung ist ca 90m² groß, hat eine große Küche, die sich gut als WG-Treffpunkt eignet. Außerdem haben wir ein helles Bad mit Badewanne und separater Dusche, sowie ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Sessel für gemütliche Abende.
In der Diele stehen einige Regale, in denen du zusätzlich noch Sachen unterbringen kannst, damit sie nicht dein Zimmer vollstellen.
Außer deinem Zimmer, ist die ganze Wohnung schon gut außgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Kücheneinrichtung etc., sodass du nicht viel mitbringen musst um hier glücklich zu werden! :)

A beautiful 16m² room, in our 3-bed shared flat, is available from mid-August. The room has abundant natural light given its south-east location and three windows. The apartment is well suited for a shared flat, because all 3 rooms are well soundproofed. So you can listen to and make music or study in peace and quiet without annoying the others.
The apartment is approximately 90m² in size and has a large kitchen, which is great as a meeting place for flatmates. Furthermore, we have a bright bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, as well as a comfortable living room with sofa, and armchair for cozy evenings.
In the hallway there are some shelves where you can additionally store things so that they don't fill up your room.
Apart from your room, the whole apartment is already well equipped with washing machine, kitchen equipment etc., so you don't have to bring much to be happy here! :)
Die Wohnung liegt am Rande von Jena, inmitten von zwitschernden Vögel und mit Blick auf die Sonnenberge. Dennoch ist man mit dem Bus in 7min am Johannistor (Stadtzentrum/Campus) und mit dem Fahrrad kann man auch an dem kleinen Bach Leutra entlang einen sehr schönen Fahrradweg genießen.
Die Bushaltestelle ist schräg gegenüber des Hauses. (Haltestelle Mühltal)
Wer gerne läuft, Mountainbike fährt, wandern oder spazieren geht, findet nach wenigen Metern schöne Waldwege Richtung Bismarckturm, Schottplatz, Münchenroda oder Cospeda/Napoleonstein/Landgrafen.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Jena, amidst chirping birds and with a view of the sunny mountains. Nevertheless you can reach the Johannistor (city center/campus) by bus in 7 min and by bike you can also enjoy a very nice bike path along the small brook, Leutra.
The bus stop is diagonally opposite the house. (bus stop Mühltal)
Those who like to walk, run, mountain bike, hike or walk will find beautiful forest paths after a few meters towards Bismarck Tower, Schottplatz, Münchenroda or Cospeda/Napoleonstein/Landgrafen.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Traci (32, Doktorandin in Archäologie) und Sophie (27, Doktorandin in Psychologie). Uns ist ein lockerer Umgang miteinander wichtig, bei dem jeder seine Freiräume hat, aber gemeinsames Kochen und nettes Beisammensitzen nicht ausgeschlossen sind. Dafür eignet sich die Wg hervorragend durch ihre gute Zimmeranordnung mit der Küche als Treff- und Mittelpunkt.
Wir unternehmen gerne mal was, treffen uns mit Freunden und sind relativ aktiv. Wenn wir uns zuhause treffen gibt es aber auch immer Momente zum quatschen und Spaß haben. Wir untersützen uns gegenseitig und helfen uns aus.
Wir wünschen uns jemanden, der auch aufgeschlossen und interessiert ist am Wg-Leben, denn wir wollen keine Zweck-WG.
Wenn du so jemand bist und dir vorstellen kannst mit uns zusammen zu wohnen, schreib uns einfach an und wir machen einen Besichtigungstermin aus.
Übrigens: in dem Mietpreis ist wirklich alles enthalten, also Gas/Strom, Telefon/Internetflat, Wasser, sonstige Haus- und Nebenkosten.

Your roommates are Traci (32, PhD student in archaeology) and Sophie (27, PhD student in psychology). It is important to us to have a relaxed atmosphere where everyone has their own space, but cooking together and sitting together in a nice atmosphere are not excluded. The Wg is perfectly suited for this because of its good room arrangement with the kitchen as a meeting point and centre.
We like to do things, meet friends and are relatively active. But when we meet at home there are always moments to chat and have fun. We support each other and help each other out.
We would like someone who is also open-minded and interested in living in a shared flat. If you are that kind of person and can imagine living with us, just write us and we will arrange a viewing appointment.
By the way: the rent really includes everything, i.e. gas/electricity, telephone/internet, water, other house and additional costs.
Bei Bedarf verkauft dir Miriam, die 3 Jahre hier gewohnt hat, gerne ein paar Möbel. Wenn du deine eigenen Sachen mitbringen willst, ist das aber auch wunderbar! :)
