Hallo,
unsere WG sucht Verstärkung!! Da ich ab September anfange zu arbeiten, muss ich mein schönes WG-Zimmer in Jena aufgeben. Die Wohnung ist relativ zentral in Jena West, d.h. 3 Gehminuten zum Westbahnhof, 5 Minuten zu Plus/Rewe, FH, 7 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum und zur Uni. Bushaltestellen gleich um die Ecke.
Das Zimmer ist 15 qm groß und geht zum grünen Hinterhof raus, d.h. es ist echt ruhig. Es ist in einem freundlichen gelb-orange gestrichen, was aber vom neuen Bewohner nach Belieben umgestaltet werden kann.
Zum Schluss: es gibt auch noch 2 nette Mitbewohner, Mandy (32) und Richard (25):-)
Bei Interesse: Ruft einfach an oder schreibt eine Mail und wir machen einen Besichtigungstermin aus!
