Hallo ,
wir, Philip (Psychologie), Agnes (Soziologie), Sabrina (Kunstgeschichte), Basti (Medizin) und ich (Physik) sind eine bunte 5er WG in Jena West. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, da wir sehr gerne zusammen Kochen, Essen, ab und an spontan Spieleabende veranstalten, gammeln, mal zusammen feiern gehen oder kleine Ausflüge machen .
Unsere WG liegt zentrumsnah (10 Gehminuten zum Campus) und in der Nähe des Westbahnhofs. Außerdem findet sich in direkter Nähe ein Edeka, ein kleiner Spar sowie ein Döner und ein Asia-Imbiss.
Leider verlasse ich dich WG im Sommer um in Korea weiterzustudieren, sodass wir einen Nachmieter für mein 27m² Zimmer suchen! Die Miete beträgt 290€ mit allem Drum und Dran (Telefon, Internet, Strom)
Da ich bisher Hauptmieter bin, wäre unsere Bedingung, dass du diesen Part übernimmst. Das war bisher aber kein großer Aufwand und es gab egtl. nie Probleme.
