Da ich für ein halbes Jahr auf Reisen gehe, würde ich gerne mein Zimmer von Oktober bis März untervermieten. Ich würde das Zimmer komplett möbliert übergeben, wodurch es perfekt für alle ist, die für nur ein Semester eine Bleibe suchen. Das Zimmer selber ist 16qm groß und dadurch, dass die Fenster an der Südseite sind, auch sehr hell. Der angrenzende Balkon eignet sich prima um mit Freunden und den Mitbewohner*innen gemütliche Abende zu verbringen, Bierchen zu trinken und über Gott und die Welt zu quatschen. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über eine kleine Küche und ein kleines Bad, sowie einen Flur, der zum gemeinsamen Zusammensitzen ausreicht.
I will be travelling for half a year, so I would like to sublet my room from octobre to march. I'd leave all the furnitue, which makes the room perfectly suitable for everyone, who is looking for a place to stay for only one semester. The room itself is 16sq m and very light due to the fact that the windows are on the south side. The balcony is great for spending evenings with friends and flatmates, having beer, and talking about anything and everything. Also, the flat has a small kitchen, a small bathroom and hallway, in which you can also sit together.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zentrumsnah in der Talstraße. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Hauptcampus und ins Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls zu Fuß sehr schnell zu erreichen. Eine Norma-Filiale ist gerade mal 2 Minuten entfernt. Ebenso wie ein Bäcker, ein Getränkeladen und zwei Pizzaservices. Alles Weitere ist nicht mehr als 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht, von der aus man in die Innenstadt fahren kann.
The flat is close to the city center in the Talstraße. It is an about 10 minutes walk to the main campus and to the city center. Shopping possibilities are very close by. A Norma - supermarket is only 2 minutes by foot, just like a bakery, a drink store, and two pizza services. Everything else is not more than a 15 minutes walk away. you can also reach a bus stop in a few minutes from where you can get into town.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen wären Emily (18) und Lennart (22). Lennart studiert Soziologie und Emily fängt als unser neuestes WG-Mitglied an, Hebammenwissenschaften zu studieren. Beide sind offene Leute, die gerne für gemeinsame Abende zu haben sind. Lennart spielt Gitarre und Emily spielt Blockflöte und Klavier, was aber nicht bedeudet, dass man hier unter Dauerbeschallung steht. Rücksicht aufeinander zu nehmen, ist bei uns sehr wichtig, um ein harmonisches Zusammenleben beizubehalten.

Your flatmates would be Emily (18) and Lennart (22). Lennart studies sociology and Emily, as our newest flatmate is going to start studying science of midwifery. Both of them are open minded people, who are usually down for spending evenings together. Lennart plays the guitar and Emily plays the flute and the piano, which does not mean that it's super noisy all the time. Consideration for the others is very important to us to maintain our living together in harmony.
