Hallo,
leider muss ich im Januar meine tolle WG verlassen und suche eine Nachmieterin für mein 12 qm großes Zimmer.
Neben dem Zimmer gibt es in der Wohnung außerdem ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen schönen großen Flur, eine Küche, in der auch geraucht werden kann und ein Bad mit Dusche UND Badewanne. Insgesamt kostet das Zimmer inklusive Strom und Internet 230 Euro.
Die Lage ist super: vor der Haustür gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, zum Westbahnhof läuft man nur 1-2 Minuten und bis zum Campus braucht man nicht mal 10. Döner und Pizza Services gibts um die Ecke. Obwohl die Wohnung am Bahnhof liegt, hört man die Züge kaum.
Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene WG. Da aber alle keine Zwanzig mehr sind, solltest auch du mindestens 25 Jahre alt sein.
