Hello Wg-sucher,
I come back to Spain after doing here my Erasmus, and I let free this lovely room in the exact center of Jena.
Even if the room it is not really big, it is enough for the daily live, I can ensure you. If you love sun, both the room and the flat, are highly bright, with new reformed windows. Very comfy and warm.
The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen: oven, microwave, toaster...
The flat is next to the Goethe Gallery, where you will find everything you could need: supermarket, restaurants, clothing stores, tech-store... There is also one Spätshop which is open until 24:00 just in front of the house.
It is also next to the Ernst-Abbe campus, where a lot of Faculties reside, and also the Mensa. If you are student, it could not be better.
You have all the Bus and U-Bahn connections in less than five minutes walking from home, in the station City-Center.
The Wagnergasse and Johannistrasse (Party center) are also in less than five minutes walking.
Anne and Maria are two german girls who have been really nice to me: I don't speak German at all and they totally deal with me, so I don't know what else can I say to explain that they are really kind people, who will help you if you need it.
It's up to you to have a more shared or private life, I had both during this year in the flat.
You can rent the room as long as you want, there is no need to let it free.
I have a desk and a big wardrobe which I can sell to you or find another buyer. It's up to you: we can make a deal for both, or just one of them, if you are interested in the room.
