The room is 12 square metres, with a really nice wooden floor, and is located NOT on the street side of the apartment. The roof is also really high, so would be perfect for a high bed!
You will get a separate contract for your room. (So, if some else moves out it will not affect you.)

Das Zimmer hat ca 12 qm und liegt auf der Hofseite, fuer dich also kein Laerm von der Lutherstrasse. Es hat Dielenfussboden und hohe Decken, bietet sich also fuer ein Hochbett an. Es gibt bereits eine kleine Lagerflaeche ueber der Tuer.
Du bekommst einen separaten Mietvertag, es gibt also keine Risiken fuer dich bei Auszug der anderen Mitbewohner. Nebenkosten werden allerdings gemeinsam abgerechnet.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort zu haben!
In less than 5 minutes you can walk to the Goethe Gallerie (for all your shopping needs ;) ), or to the University Campus. The Leutra walking path is also just around the corner, and you can get to Friedensberg quickly as well. There is a bus stop (Number 14) about 20m away. It takes approximately 15 minutes to walk to the Westbahnhof and to Paradiesbahnhof. Actually, the location is great!
In weniger als fuenf Minuten Fussweg erreichst du Goethegalerie (zum Einkaufen aller Art) und den Campus. Um die Ecke beginnt der Leutraspazierweg am Bach entlang und auf den Friedensberg ist auch nur ein Katzensprung. Beide Bahnhoefe sind ca 15 min Fussweg entfernt. Ihr wohnt hier also in super zentraler Lage in sehr Studentischer Umgebung.
There are 3 of us living in the apartment, and all of us are working. On most days we are up relatively early and on our way. The 2 guys (William and Daniel) are Germans, and I am from Australia. We are relaxed and nice people who enjoy an uncomplicated living arrangement. There is no official cleaning plan; we just do things when we feel they need to be done.
Wir leben zu dritt in der Wohnung, und sind alle Arbeitstaetig… Meistens sind wir recht frueh auf und unterwegs. William und Daniel sind deutsche, und ich komme aus Australien. Wir sind unkomplizierte nette Leutchen und sind mit einer entspannten Wohnsituation sehr zufrieden. Es gibt keine Putzplaene etc., jeder macht wie er kann und will!
Smoking is not allowed inside. Out the back there is a nice shared courtyard/innenhof with plants and seating, and you can smoke there if you like. This is also a nice space for grilling or whatever else. There is also a large basement.

Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt, aber es gibt einen kleinen gemuetlichen Hinterhof, in dem auch gegrillt werden kann etc. Es gibt auch einen grossen Keller.
