(ANFRAGESTOPP) ruhiges, helles Zimmer in zentrumsnaher 5er-WG

Unsere WG liegt schön zentral in einem Hinterhof der Grietgasse.
Dadurch können wir alles zu Fuß erreichen und wir sind super an Bus und Bahn angebunden.
Der Paradiesbahnhof ist in 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen (je nachdem wie die Ampeln drauf sind), der Westbahnhof in ca. 10 Minuten.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch zahlreich innerhalb von 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die nächste Einkaufmöglichkeit ist der neue Edeka am Holzmarkt (5 Minuten), aber zum Tegut, Aldi, Rewe und Edeka Büto sind es auch nicht weit (max. 10 Minuten). Verhungern wird man bei uns auf jeden Fall nicht ;)
Auch zu den Hauptunigebäuden ist es nicht weit. Der Campus am Ernst-Abbe Platz ist in 7 Minuten zu erreichen, das Unihauptgebäude in 10 Minuten.

Our shared apartment is centrally located in a backyard of the Grietgasse.
Thus, we can reach everything on foot and we are super connected to bus and train.
The Paradiesbahnhof can be reached in 3-5 minutes (depending on how the traffic lights are), the Westbahnhof in about 10 minutes.
Public transportation is also numerous within 3-5 minutes.
The next shopping possibility is the new Edeka at Holzmarkt (5 minutes), but to Tegut, Aldi, Rewe and Edeka Büto it is also not far (max. 10 minutes). In any case, you will not go hungry here ;)
It is also not far to the main university buildings. The campus at Ernst-Abbe Platz can be reached in 7 minutes, the main university building in 10 minutes.

Wir sind eine gemischte WG aus Studenten und Azubis.
Deine MitbewohnerInnen wären dann Laura (studiert Soziologie und hat eine Sammlung von Konsolen die auch Verwendung findet), Sascha (studiert Physik und spielt gern Smash), Lukas (macht eine Ausbildung zum Erzieher und geht regelmäßig klettern) und Paul(studiert Soziologie und spielt gelegentlich Gitarre).
Dreh- und Angelpunkt der WG ist die Küche mit Balkon. Dort trifft man sich, quatscht und sitzt auch gerne mal abends in kleiner Runde. Auf dem Balkon wird geraucht, rauchen in der Wohnung ist aber tabu!.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, es ist aber natürlich komplett verständlich, wenn jemand sich mal zurückziehen möchte und seinen Freiraum haben will.
Wir haben einen gemeinsamen Putzplan, der auch eingehalten wird.
Bisher hatten wir immer eine sehr internationale WG mit Deutsch und Englisch als WG-Sprache, dementsprechend sind alle bei uns willkommen!

We are a mixed flat share of students and trainees.
Your roommates would be Laura (studies sociology and has a collection of consoles which is also used), Sascha (studies physics and likes to play Smash), Lukas (makes an education as an educator and likes to be around the climbing gym) and Paul(studies Sociology and plays guitar ocasionally).
The hub of the flat-sharing community is the kitchen with its balcony. It's where people meet, chat, and also like to sit together in the evenings. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, but smoking in the shared flat is taboo!
We are not a purpose WG, but it is of course completely understandable if someone wants to withdraw and have his space.
We have a common cleaning schedule, which is also adhered to.
So far, we have always had a very international WG with German and English as WG language, accordingly, all are welcome with us!

Wir haben einige neue Geräte. U.a. eine Waschmaschine, einen neuen Kühlschrank sowie eine neue Dusche. Insgesamt beträgt der Zeitwert von allem anteilig 130€.
Diesen Zeitwert würden wir gern als Ablöse verlangen.
Die Kaution beträgt 356€.

English version:
We own mutliple new devices including a washing machine, a new fridge and a new schower. Together the time-corrected value of these things comes out at around 130€ per person.
For these items we would like to get this 130€ share.
The deposit is 356€.
