Das Zimmer ist 15 m² groß und liegt zur Hofseite, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Durch die hohen Decke und die hohen Fenster wirkt das Zimmer schön hell und groß.
Die Holzbalken machen es zudem sehr gemütlich.
Die Vorhänge würde ich gerne gegen eine kleine Ablöse da lassen.
Die Wohnung in der sich das Zimmer befindet liegt Nahe des Westbahnhofs und hat daher mit 2-3 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof eine super Anbindung zum Zug.
Zur Bushaltestelle (am Westbahnhof) läuft man 3-4 Minuten. So ist man mit dem Bus insgesamt in ca. 7 Minuten am Teichgraben (nahe Ernst-Abbe-Platz), zu Fuß dauert es ca. 10 Minuten.
Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
In der WG Leben Jenny (21) und Alina (24). Alina studiert Lehramt Biologie und Geographie, Jenny studiert Pharmazie.
Abends sitzen wir gerne nach dem Abendessen noch etwas zusammen und plaudern. Trotzdem ist es auch für alle in Ordnung, wenn mal einer seinen Freiraum braucht. Geputzt wird immer im Wechsel, sodass jeder mal dran ist.
Wenn jemanden mal etwas stört, wird es angesprochen und eine Lösung gesucht.
Zusätzliche Kosten wären noch WLAN und natürlich GEZ (zusammen ca. 20€ im Monat).
