Hi!
Vermiete das größere Zimmer meiner Wohnung in der Fischergasse.
Es gibt neben zwei Schlafzimmern einen großen Flur, Bad mit Badewanne, eine Küche mit allen Geräten und ein Wohnzimmer. Auch hat die Wohnung einen Balkon, Keler und einen Haus-Fahrradkeller.
Ich bin selbst erst im Oktober eingezogen. Die Wohnung bekam da neue Böden und wurde frisch getrichen. Das Zimmer ist etwa quadratisch und zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet. Dieser ist ruhig. Das Fenster ist nach Nord-Ost ausgerichtet. Es ist Holzboden verlegt.
Morgens stehe ich früh auf und mag es gemütlich in den Tag zu starten. Dann bin ich fleißig. Gesundes Essen und Sport sind bei mir Inhalt fast jeden Tages. Entsprechend früh gehe ich wieder ins Bett.
Beruflich bin ich immer wieder unterwegs. Das teilweise auch Wochenweise.
Zweck WG gibts bei mir nicht :) freue mich über offene, motivierte und positive Menschen.
Ich plane nicht ewig in Jena zu bleiben und freue mich, wenn sich jemand findet, der sich vorstellen kann die Hauptmiete schließlich zu übernehmen.
Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel
