Teilmöbliertes Zimmer mit ca 20 qm Grundfläche, Dachgeschoss, ab sofort zu vermieten. Das Zimmer ist mit Echtholzparkett ausgelegt. Es befindet sich ein Schrank im Zimmer, Bett und Couch kann voraussichtlich vom Vormieter übernommen werden.
Eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Geschirr, Töpfe usw) mit Backofen, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle ist vorhanden. An die offene Küche grenzt der Wohnbereich, der mit Sofa, Sessel und kleinem Tisch ausgestattet ist. Von dort gelangt man auf die 25 qm große Terrasse. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es befinden sich zwei Bäder im Haus. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Haus, welches nur von Studenten bewohnt wird, wir als Vermieter wohnen in einem separaten Haus dahinter.

The open plan kitchen is adjacent to the living area which is furnished with a couch, an armchair and a small table. A washing machine is also available, as is a 25qm balcony. There are two bathrooms. The room is part of a house inhabited by students only. The landlord lives in a separate house behind it.
Gelegen im Ortsteil Pattern. Über den "Vogelbaumweg" ist die Fachhochschule Jülich in ca 10 Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe vom Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, die Fachhochschule ist mit dem Bus in ca 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
