Need an accommodation at julich, close to research centre julich.

I am interested in an accommodation at julich, preferable close to research center julich but this choice is flexible. The accommodation may be shared/single. All nationality mates may be accepted but preferable are Asians. There is no such requirements of furnished accommodation.
I am a selected PhD scholar at research center julich, RWTH Aachen University. The expected duration of stay will approximately four years. The expected date of arrival will be either in last week of March 2017 or in the early April 2017. I am fluent in speaking and writing English but beginner in German language. So the English speaking mates will be fine with me, but this is flexible as i am going to be good in enough in German language soon.
