Dear Sir or Madam

My name is Vladislav Balandin, I am 20, male, I was born in Russia, but lived, studied and worked in Norwich, England for the last 6 years. My studies for B.Eng Biomedical Engineering (Internatinally Oriented Studies) at Fachhochschule Aachen, Campus Juelich start on the 2nd of September, the study course is 3 years long. I am fluent in English and Russian.

I have studied Physics, Biology, Mathematics and Chemistry at A-Level; I worked as a support worker for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental and physical health conditions for the last 2 years.

I enjoy socialising and would love to establish positive connections with my future housemates and potentially share my spare time with them.

I can cook relatively well and often do for myself and others.

I am generally tidy, I will maintain hygiene and reasonable order within my private space, I respect the communal/shared areas and leave them tidy after using them.

I do not smoke on a regular basis, I may have a few cigarettes a month, but never smoke inside.

I am able to speak German, so I can switch to German in my communication with you if you would like me to, however my German knowledge is yet imperfect. The first month of my studies will be to a big extent dedicated to improving my German language.
