The room is almost 24sqm large, bright room with rectangular section. Attached is a balcony facing southwest, which is in the sun from the morning.

The room has pleasantly light laminate flooring and ceilings just over 3m high. Together with the glazed double door towards the balcony, it looks so pleasantly airy and spacious. LAN connection is available through a cable running along the ceiling, as well as sufficient sockets.

The apartment is in a prime location in the city center, yet is quiet. The pub district is within 5 minutes walking distance, as well as the bus stop Rathaus with connections in all directions.

Shopping facilities are offered by Penny, Netto and Rewe, which can also be reached in 5 minutes. Directly in front of the door is a bakery and a VRN Nextbike stop.
The apartment is a 4-person shared apartment.

Fabian (30), Finn (23) and Mert (28) live together with you.
Both Finn and Mert study and Fabian work in TopDesk. All of them are quiet and pleasant contemporaries.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment itself, but it is not a problem on the balcony of your room.
The apartment is spacious, especially the large daylight bathroom with bathtub and the kitchen with kitchen island give a lot of pleasure. Integrated into the kitchen island is storage space for food, so you have everything right at hand when cooking. The apartment also has a guest bathroom and a large passage room.
Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icebox are available.

There is also a cellar compartment, included in the service charges is the weekly cleaning of the staircase.

The deposit is 720€ and the rent is 394€ including everything.

Bei dem Zimmer handelt es sich um ein fast 24qm großes, helles Zimmer mit rechteckigem Schnitt. Angeschlossen ist ein Balkon in Südwestrichtung, der ab vormittags in der Sonne liegt.

Das Zimmer verfügt über angenehm hellen Laminatboden und etwas über 3m hohe Decken. Zusammen mit der verglasten Doppeltür Richtung Balkon wirkt es so angenehm luftig und geräumig. LAN-Anschluss ist durch ein an der Decke entlanggeführtes Kabel vorhanden, ebenso ausreichend Steckdosen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Top-Lage in der Innenstadt und ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das Kneipenviertel ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso die Bushaltestelle Rathaus mit Anschlüssen in sämtliche Richtungen.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten Penny, Netto und Rewe, die man ebenfalls in 5 Minuten erreicht. Direkt vor der Haustür liegen eine Bäckerei und eine VRN Nextbike-Haltestelle.
Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine 4er-WG.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, besonders das große Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und die Küche mit Kücheninsel bereiten viel Freude. In die Kücheninsel integriert ist Stauraum für Lebensmittel, man hat beim Kochen also direkt alles griffbereit. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über ein Gästeklo und ein großes Durchgangszimmer.
Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank mit Eisfach sind vorhanden.

Es gibt auch ein Kellerabteil, in den Nebenkosten enthalten ist die wöchentliche Reinigung des Treppenhauses.

Die Kaution beträgt 720€ und die Miete beträgt 394€ inklusive aller Nebenkosten.
