Studienbedingt muss ich leider aus meinem schönen hellen Erkerzimmer ziehen und suche nun einen Nachmieter ab dem 1. März, nach Absprache aber auch schon gerne ab Mitte Februar.
Die Möbel habe ich vor zwei Jahren für dieses Zimmer gekauft und würde sie gerne bei Bedarf an den Nachmieter weiterverkaufen.
Zu den Gemeinschaftsräumen gehört eine nette Wohnküche und ein Bad mit Tageslicht(Fenster).
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 3 Minutem vom Bahnhof entfernt, somit sind auch zahlreiche Bushaltestellen in der Umgebung vorhanden. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
