Hallo Leute, da ich (Erik) ausziehe, suchen wir einen neuen Bewohner für den WG-erfahrenen Olli. 65qm mit Dachschrägen. 3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad. Momentan ist noch das größte Zimmer das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer, in das würde wohl Olli dann ziehen, und sein Zimmer 13qm das neue Gemeinschaftszimmer werden. Mein Zimmer ist 15qm groß.
Miete ist pro Person 140€, Gas und Strom 82,50€, Internet 15€ und Müllabfuhr 6,15€, Nebenkosten ca.30€.
Insgesamt also ca. 274€.
Einzug ist ab sofort mit 1-2 Wochen Pufferzeit möglich, da ich erst ausziehe wenn jemand gefunden ist.
