Das Zimmer ist liegt auf der Rückseite des Hauses und ist vom Lärm geschützt. Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Eingang in die Loggia. Neben dem Zimmer ist natürlich eine große Küche mit Spülmaschine in der WG und eine Loggia, welche momentan als Raucherbereich genutzt wird. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und eine Dusche. Das Zimmer kostet 220€ Warmmiete mit W-Lan Anschluss.
Die WG liegt 100m vom Hauptbahnhof Kaiserslautern entfernt und zu etlichen Einkaufsmärkten wie Netto und Edeka. Die Technische Universität ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Bus zu erreichen.
Die WG besteht aus 2 Studenten und einer Barkeeperin. Die WG Bewohner sind sehr kommunikativ und engagiert.
