Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner für meine WG. Es handelt sich um eine geräumige 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit großer Küche und einem großen Bad. Also jeder ein Zimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 280 Euro, hinzu kommen noch Kosten für Strom und Gas, Internet sowie Fernsehn. Ich selbst bin Student an der TU im 6. Semester. Melde dich einfach bei mir und dann machen wir einen Besichtigungstermin aus. Auch alle weiteren Fragen klären wir dann. Da ich meist den ganzen Tag an der Uni verbringe, bin ich am besten abends ab 18 Uhr telefonisch erreichbar, oder einfach eine Mail an , ich werde schnellstmöglich antworten. Bitte nur Männer.
