Da ich Ende Februar mit meinem Masterstudium an der FH fertig werde suche ich für mein helles 15m² Zimmer einen neuen Nachmieter. Ob du männlich oder weiblich bist ist dabei egal. Die Miete beträgt insgesamt mit allen Kosten ca. 228 Euro. Der früheste Einzugstermin wäre der 01.03.2013.
Das gemütliche WG-Zimmer bietet optimale Vorraussetzungen für Studenten, da das Zimmer in einem Studentenwohnheim liegt. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Ein Balkon ist auch vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist auch voll möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Regal und Stühle.
Das Wohnheim liegt ziemlich zentral. Die Stadtmitte ist nur 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. (Mit Bus nur 5 min). Die FH II in Kammgarn ist nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. 15 Min zur FH I (Morlauterer Str). Zur Uni gibt es direkte Busverbindungen, also ca. 20 min mit dem Bus.
Kaufland ist auch nur max. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe befindet sich der Gartenschau.
Das Zimmer ist Teil eines Doppelappartments (mit Küchenzeile und Bad). Die Küche und Bad teilen Sie mit meiner jetzigen Mitbewohnerin, eine Studentin an der Uni.
