Die Miete beträgt 390,- Euro, da das Zimmer wöchentlich gereinigt wird. Ebenso wird die Wäsche wöchentlich gewaschen, gebügelt und zusammengelegt, wodurch diese Arbeit für den jeweiligen Mieter entfällt.
In der Küche sind jegliche Utensilien zum Kochen und Essen (Töpfe, Besteck, Gläser, Pfannen usw.) bereits vorhanden. Zudem ist ein Kühlschrank vorhanden, welcher mit einem Mitbewohner geteilt werden muss.
Des Weiteren gibt es WLAN mit einer 200k Leitung (200mbit/s).
Das Badezimmer muss mit einem Mitbewohner geteilt werden.
Es wird jemand freundliches und seriöses gesucht, der die Wohnung nicht zu Partyzwecken nutzt.

The rent is 380,- Euros since the room is cleaned weekly. In addition, you do not have to worry about doing laundry (washing, ironing, folding) since that is included in the rent.
