Rent is all inclusive with wifi, heating, radio and electricity. Room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, a closet, a table and a chair. You have access to your own balcony from the room. You have access to washing machine, dish washer backofen and all the other necessities included in the rent in apartment. There is a 65 inch 4k tv in the living room with netflix available and also a massage sofa. There is also a big gas grill in balcony which you can use at your convenience.
Location is ideal for a student studying at TU KL and even people working near by. You get the best view of the whole forest. Lidl, Uni west, Statdsparkasse bank and davenportplatz are nearby at walking distance. The bus stop is right in front of the door of the building and can be seen from the balcony. Area is quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery around. Building has its own car and bicycle parking also.
The life is pretty easy going. I am 23 year old working at DFKI as a software engineer. Your other will be housemate also works in kaiserslautern as a chief scientist. Since we both work we are usually not home during day time on weekdays. But we cook together usually on weekdays and food is super good. We would prefer a person who is easy going and social. But you can also enjoy your privacy when you feel like it. Smoking and drinking is not allowed. Cleanliness is a major part of the shared apartment and we hope the same from you. You can also share our utensils and other kitchenware as long as you are cooking vegetarian food.
For religious reasons it'll be easier and more comfortable for us to use the shared kitchen if you don't consume pork and even better are a vegetarian. I understand that its a harsh condition but I believe its much better to be honest from the very start to avoid future conflict of interest. Since its a shared apartment, the life will be easier and more fun as long as we all respect each other's choices.
