wir sind auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner/in ab 1.06.2021 für unserer 3er WG (3 Wohnzimmern, Badezimmer und Küche mit Balkon).
Das Zimmer ist groß und sehr hell. Mit 2 Finsteren befindet sich den ganzen Tag sonnig.
Die Wohnung steht direkt in Kaiserslautern Stadtmitte, neben dem Mall "K in Lautern".
Rewe, Aldi, Dm, etc sind nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß weit weg.
Die Hochschule ist in 10 mn zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haupt-Tür, also die TU Kaiserslautern ist in 15 mn erreichbar, sowie der Hauptbahnhof in nur 5 mn erreichbar.
Die Monatsmiete inklusive (Warmkosten, Nebenkosten, Internet, Rundfunkbeitrag, etc) kostet 310 eur.
