wir sind auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner/in ab 1.06.2021 für unserer 3er WG (3 Wohnzimmern, Badezimmer und Küche mit Balkon).
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sehr hell. Mit einem Finster und einem Balkon befindet sich den ganzen Tag sonnig.
Die Wohnung steht direkt in Kaiserslautern Stadtmitte, neben dem Mall "K in Lautern".
Rewe, Aldi, Dm, etc sind nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß weit weg.
Die Hochschule ist in 10 mn zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haupt-Tür, also die TU Kaiserslautern ist in 15 mn erreichbar, sowie der Hauptbahnhof in nur 5 mn erreichbar.
Die Monatsmiete inklusive (Warmkosten, Nebenkosten, Internet, Rundfunkbeitrag, etc) kostet 340 eur.
